The earth couldn’t afford to send recruiters or limos to your school. It sent you rain, sunsets, ripe cherries, night blooming jasmine, and that unbelievably cute person you are dating. TED talks

If you haven’t met TED yet, open your calendar right this minute and block off an hour you can spend browsing their site. TED is extraordinary, TED is mind blowing, TED is like nothing else. Their tag line is “Riveting talks by remarkable people, free to the world” and so it is.

The first talk to watch is “Jill Bolte Taylor’s stroke of insight” – this will sufficiently expand your reality and introduce you to TED. From there you can’t miss – dive in and go exploring. You will never be the same.
